250 g. The premium of all cocoas, the finest of Dutch chocolate. Also great for drinking! To make authentic Dutch Hot Cocoa: combine 2 level Tbl. Cocoa and 2 heaping Tbl. Sugar in a 8 oz mug, add just enough water or cream to make a thick paste. Heat 1 cup of Milk until almost boiling (1-2 min. in the microwave) and pour into mug with chocolate. Stir well and enjoy on a cold night before a roaring fire.
