Shipping Terms

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on orders shipped with UPS Ground (3-6 business days). 3-day select and 2nd day orders are generally shipped the following business day. When selecting your shipping method, please be aware that deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

*Please Note: Need your order by a certain day? (i.e. for a specific holiday) Please put a note in the comments section when placing your order. This will allow us to meet your deadlines.

Our shipping rates are calculated through the UPS shipping calculator. The price that is calculated is based on the weight of the package and the location of where it is being shipped.  Also, to offset our packaging and labor costs, there is a $5.00 handling fee.  The handling fee is automatically added in with the shipping.

*Please Note: Shipping rates become a better value if larger quantities are ordered.

There is an option to preview shipping rate estimates prior to placing your order. To view, please enter your shipping zip code in the provided box below the shopping cart. Upon your approval, you may then proceed to place your order.

When Ordering Chocolate, Cheese or Other Perishable Items

During the summer months (mid-May to September), ground orders will be sent the following Monday, unless otherwise requested. Second-day or third-day select shipping is highly recommended for food items.   Additionally, a signature may be required to ensure quality product upon receipt.

*Please Note: cannot be held liable for any shipments which are damaged as a result of shipping via ground service during the summer months.

 Back ordered Items

Orders are subject to stock on hand. We are working hard to ensure that you are unable to order an item if it is out of stock.  However, if we miss marking an item out of stock, and you order it, you will not be charged for that item until it ships.  If we are unable to get an out-of-stock item within a week, we will contact you and place your order on back order. Unfortunately, sometimes our importers also have products on back order. If this is the case, we will send your other items separately. We may also contact you with possible substitution options. In the event that our importers have discontinued a certain product, we will place you on a waiting list so that we can let you know if/when it is available again.
